- Bloom is too bright

- Fixed shockwaves
- Fixed every effect turning on and off
- Do not load advanced fps counter bundle on startup if it's disabled to help with stability
- No longer grabs objects on startup
- Reduced the amount of hooks
- Added a bunch of UI tweaks, formatters for values and approximate resolution based on multipliers and made UI more clean
