This change allows other methods to use the scaling factor constants.
A2 packets are published for VG and higher models of the 440 series.

We use a VGA440, which sends out
A2packets by default. In this PR, I've added a method to parseA?packets (though currently only A2 packets are supported). I tested out the functionality by comparing the output from this ROS module against what NAV-VIEW 3 shows me.Thanks!
