Remove detector-resources-support

Key Changes

• Removes the detector-resources-support artifact code since it has now been merged into the GCP Resource Detectors for OpenTelemetry. The detector-resources-support artifact was only meant to be consumed by the GCP Resource Detector.
• Updates the dependencies (including OpenTelemetry deps) to depend on the updated GCP Resource Detector.
• Updates the e2e test runner image

Testing

• Ran unit tests
• Ran the resource detection example to verify it works with the updated dependency
