Overview

This PR adds a privacy policy screen to the Guard App, incorporating it properly into app navigation. The Privacy Policy found within is a placeholder, based on this template from Business Victoria.

• Dark mode styling natively functions properly.
• UI back button returns to the Settings screen and the Settings screens UI back button returns to the Home screen, as expected.
• Android back button functions the same as the UI back button, as expected.
• Screen scrolls just as much as it needs to to properly display all information.
• Hyperlinks function properly.
