About the PR
Adds some padding to the playerlist in the bwoink panel so names are never squashed beyond a certain amount, ensuring they're always visible.
Reorders some elements at the bottom of the bwoink panel to have the important things closer to the user's primary view, and highlights if the admin only checkbox is ticked for messages, it being closer to the centre and having some colour to associate with on/off should prevent some accidental message mishaps
