No documentation existed capturing the UX differences between GitHub Copilot in VSCode and on GitHub.com, particularly around how references and generated content are surfaced differently on each platform.

• copilot-comparison.md — new doc covering:
  • VSCode: Bing-backed search results rendered as inline reference links followed by content
  • Dotcom: explicitly labeled References and Content sections for clearer source attribution
  • Side-by-side comparison table (access model, reference display, content presentation)
