The tags are always hideable, in every design.

The default page (just after loading).i
After clicking on a wheel (the original text's or the translation's one), the corresponding menu icons will appear. Clicking again on the wheel will hide them.
Two types of descriptions are provided: on the left, the element's title, appearing "when the mouse is over; on the right, a permanent label for each icon (together with the element's title).
The tags can independently be hidden/shown, but an alternative is to make them depend from the same wheel instead of the arrow.
