Adding class to load files into a geopandas.GeoDataFrame using pyogrio engine.
Supports any file format that can be read by
pyogrio, see https://pyogrio.readthedocs.io/en/latest/supported_formats.html#supported-vector-formats. For this repo, this includes geoparquet and flatgeobuf.
