feat: Clickable Titles for Artifact Links (closes #26)

Summary

Makes the title on cards clickable to be able to follow the artifact's link opposed to a separate "View on ..." button.

Changes Implemented

• Updated function renderHubItemCard: Made the title into a clickable link using the item URL.
• Remove View on ... button: Removes the button previously there to follow the artifact's link.

I see there were also some code formatting updates -- do you want to run your formatter on the full codebase so we keep it consistent?

Let's do it in a separate PR and you can add a note about the formatting standard after Project Structure (a new section).
