[codex] Improve storage review workflow

Summary

• Add privacy-first dashboard overview with estimated library size, scan status, and storage timeline insights
• Add Review Basket so deletion is only triggered from one final confirmation flow
• Add review flows for screen recordings, Live Photos, screenshot age filters, richer sorting, and safer category copy
• Bump app version to 1.1 (2) and update README capability/privacy wording

• A signed iPhoneOS build was produced, but the connected iPhone 15 currently reports unavailable in devicectl, so installation is waiting on device trust/unlock/connection.
