Bump spear_resumes pin to af2b7b6 (senior generic résumé rework + tailored CRA lane + CV prose). Re-synced static/cv/jess_sullivan_resume.pdf and jess_sullivan_cv.pdf via bazel run //static/cv:sync_pdfs; precis unchanged. //static/cv:pdfs_synced_test PASSES locally.
Restores the dense original résumé/CV prose, RPM->real-time(RT) kernel wording, and removes the fabricated CRA keyword-mirroring (Neo4j/gRPC/WebSocket/Figaro). Re-synced resume + CV PDFs; precis unchanged. pdfs_synced_test passes.
