Adding readme
* Fix the spacing issue in the title that made the sign up page button invisible * Shrink some of the whitespace that existed before and shrunk the title font sizes and spacing to make it all fit into a single view * Update the BMES logo to have remove the white background
Spacing Fixes
* This patch adds 5px of spacing between all the sponsorship logos by adding the mb-5 label to the index.html for each logo, which should add 5px of spacing (I believe through the bootstrap css) around each logo * Renamed the KGI logo image to something shorter
This patch changed and removed background, images, and the title. Also, fixed content within paragraphs and added additional content. Added an icon to tittle bar, but might need to be enlarged.

-changed font of main info section immediately below logo -added spacing between main section and innovator/weekend/challenges buttons -added spacing between bioinfo/.../medical devices section and faq section -fixed typo in faq section -added past projects section
-added the last paragraph before the bioinfo/.../med devices buttons to the bottom of the "what is biohack" section
-adjusted logo-container class to make title adjust to browser
