This PR adds a simple tutorial to help new users get started with ColBERT.jl.
It walks through a basic example of preparing a small TSV dataset, building an index, and understanding how retrieval works. The idea is to make the initial learning process easier for beginners who are new to the library.
I’ve kept the example minimal and easy to follow, so users can quickly try things out without needing a complex setup.
More detailed tutorials and integrations can be added later as follow-ups.
