Introduce new inputs including ~disko~, ~impermanence~, ~sops-nix~, and ~zen-browser~ to enhance functionality. Updated configurations to enable ~useGlobalPkgs~ and ~useUserPackages~ for ~home-manager~. Added a new program definition for ~zen-browser~ with Wayland support.
