Drafting addition about access with EFP managed projects.

Branch preview: https://lumi-supercomputer-docs-preview.rahtiapp.fi/origin/EFP-projects-access/firststeps/accessLUMI/

I have troubles with coming up with a good naming for the tabs. Better suggestions are welcome.

Also, I'd like to refer directly to the correct page in EFP docs instead of the home page of the docs. I wonder if one of these pages would be the correct one to guide users to

https://docs.my-eurohpc.eu/my-efp/
https://docs.my-eurohpc.eu/allocations/

or, if the home page of the docs is good. (The myEFP page doesn't seem to have content yet, though.)

Will ask the review of szakib for this, once they accept my collaboration invitation.
Meanwhile, I'm still wondering how to make the page less unclear for the users.
I wonder if e.g. @mszpindler would have some thoughts or ideas?

I would rethink how to define "project types". For my understanding there are two different aspects: resource pool EuroHPC JU or national) and which portal allows control over project. The latter is even more complicated - national is not simply puhuri; there are multiple portals. In other words - what makes project different from the other.

Other than this, the rest is okay,

The project management is done in the _EFP portal_ .
Please see the [documentation of EuroHPC Federation Platform](https://docs.my-eurohpc.eu/aai/register/) for detailed guidance.

Hosting Entities' helpdesks are the ones to be contacted first, and only questions that

  • are about EFP and
  • are not possible to solve by the local helpdesk
Should be forwarded (by the CSC/LUMI helpdesk) to the EFP Helpdesk.

This is now reformulated, is it clear enough?

@hdrei Please ignore my previous comment; you were right that EFP makes difference in how project is managed.

@hdrei proposing slightly simpler description of different project types, please agree.
