This PR improves the usability of the example notebook for new contributors.
Previously, the notebook relied on placeholder dataset paths that caused
FileNotFound errors when run out-of-the-box. This PR clarifies that the full
dataset is not included in the repository due to size constraints and adds a
small synthetic-data fallback so the complete pipeline can be executed and
understood locally.
Additionally, the input image shape is made explicit by including a channel
dimension to ensure compatibility with the FastAI vision pipeline.
No core model or training logic is modified.
