Summary:

Documents the expected dataset structure for the BYOL notebook

Motivation:

On a fresh setup, model1_byol.ipynb fails due to undocumented assumptions
about local dataset paths (Model_I/*)

Changes:

Added a markdown cell describing the required dataset directory structure

Fixes #85
