Requests for /docs/path/index.md were generating canonical URLs like /docs/path/index/ instead of /docs/path/. Add integration test that verifies every canonical URL returns 200 (not a redirect).
…ules Revised the explanation of credit limits in both the plan-limits and rate-limiting documentation. The new wording specifies that any single API request is allowed as long as at least 1 credit remains, even if the request exceeds the current balance, and outlines the consequences for further requests until the window resets.
…formats Added sections on response timestamps and request date formats in the dates-and-times documentation. Clarified that all timestamps are Unix timestamps by default and detailed the output format options. Updated candle time descriptions in multiple endpoints to specify that timestamps represent midnight US Eastern Time for daily and longer resolutions.
Stale cache entry has expired (TTL was 7 days, added 2026-02-24). Pages origin now returns 404 naturally for /docs/robots.txt. Closes #125
