This repository contains the code to build a shiny application in R to perform RNA Seq Analysis. The application was built taking data of the paper Transcriptional Reversion of Cardiac Myocyte Fate During Mammalian Cardiac Regeneration. The data was taken from GEO with accession number GSE64403.
