If the user specifies a section heading string that starts with a properly formatted heading level it will be used instead of the default H1. Resolves #27.

Is this coming soon? I'd really like my footnotes to be H2 instead of H1. Thanks 🙂

Edit: I just remembered that I can just change the file myself. Open source FTW. Thanks @cwlls for the code!

@DanMundy Sorry about the wait on this PR. The Obsidian devs are currently making a bunch of much-needed improvements to how footnotes are created and displayed (which I have listed here: #42 ). I am holding off changes until these play out in a few months to see where the plugin will best fit in then.
