Use dedicated branches when adding notebooks and supporting materials.
Include a README for each track or hands-on session to ensure clear communication.
Clearly outline the step-by-step workflow for the hands-on.
Provide detailed requirements and prerequisites.
Specify the expected learning outcomes and takeaways for participants.
All contributions must be submitted via pull requests and approved by the Organizing Committee.
Convert all presentations to PDF format and upload them to the GitHub repository.
Coordinate with the ODSI team to confirm compute requirements and support testing during content preparation.
Schedule a dry run with another team or ODSI representatives to ensure everything is fully set up and functioning as expected.
Navigate to Login URL
Log in using the credential provided
Once the Studio starts, Click on JupyterLab
Click Create JupyterLab Space
Give it a name. Eg: Workshop. There is a restriction on uniqueness of the space. Please use a unique name.
Once initialized, change Instance type based on what is communicated to you by the NASA ODSI team.
Click on Run Space. If it throws an error, you might have to pick an Image. The top setting called Latest works.
Once the environment is running, click on "open". This should open a new tab with the jupyterlab environment.
