Guaranteed that telemetry remains strictly local (~/.starforge/data/telemetry.log) with zero network requests. Implemented a telemetry subcommand (enable/disable/status), a config subcommand (set telemetry.enabled <true|false>/show), and support for the STARFORGE_TELEMETRY environment variable to provide explicit opt-out methods. Added a dedicated "Privacy & Telemetry" section to the README.md explaining these controls.
