Introduce a new genesis CLI app and the genesis-core crate. genesis-core provides domain entities (ActionEvent), error/ports, an EventDispatcher and DeploymentEventHandler, and a RabbitMQ consumer implementation. Add workspace members and update Cargo.lock. Mark ferriskey services with a 'ferriskey' compose profile.
