Update workspace members, Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock to the new crate name. Rename library folder from libs/aether-herald-core to libs/herald-core and update source file paths. Adjust Dockerfile to copy the new path and replace the dummy source script with explicit mkdir/touch steps to provide placeholder sources during image build.
