Made some minor improvements into the readme's description

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated README to rebrand the tool as “Hubstaff CLI” and expand the opening description to highlight interactive terminal-based API access — including querying organization data, managing projects and members, automating workflows, and exploring endpoints directly from the CLI without writing custom requests.

Title check ❓ Inconclusive The title 'chore(Readme): Add more details to description' is vague and generic, using the phrase 'more details' without specifying what details were added or why they matter. Consider using a more specific title that describes the actual enhancement, such as 'chore(Readme): Clarify Hubstaff CLI capabilities and use cases' to better communicate the substantive changes made.
