The 'dihedral_solver()' function in PolyConf has not be modified, after private discussion and resolution of issue #45. This PR will introduce a new function 'newresid()' into PolyConf that provides the next available integer number for a new residue in the polymer. |

I have committed the current working state for review/assistance with the 'dihedral_shuffler' method, once Ada returns from leave. This is in relation to issue #45.
