… reliability on Jupyter Notebooks. As part of this, renamed 'data_paper_examples' to 'polytop_examples', placed the new scripts in this folder, placed all data and output files into a new subfolder 'data' and removed data files no longer required/used

Refactoring the PolyTop examples to remove reliance on Jupyter Notebooks and make structure of examples between PolyTop and PolyConf similar.
