Checked this at c5f3643. @xmldom/xmldom 0.8.12 has one narrow behavioral change: createCDATASection() now throws if the data contains ]]> and serialization splits unsafe CDATA as a security/spec-compliance fix. I searched the OpenNOW source and found no direct xmldom/CDATA usage, and local npm run typecheck + npm run build both pass after installing deps, so I don’t see a breaking change for this repo.
