This PR fixes the various issues from the pl2 generate script as well as an encoding thing.
Most of the issues come from incorrect math, for instance both operands coming from color.RGBA() being not 1/256 but 1/65536.
The encoding fix was inspired by #2 from Ziemas, but applied in opposite direction.
