Add config option to hide resource information

Description

• Allow hiding the resource information link (package/resource name) displayed at the bottom of data tables
• Add configurable hide_resource_info option to both og_datatables_view and og_datatables_datefilter_view
• Defaults to False to maintain backward compatibility
• Can be configured per view or globally via ckan.datatables.hide_resource_info_default config
• Adjusted CSS pagination margins when resource info is hidden
