Integrated the typos pre-commit hook and configuration for automated typo detection. Fixed several typos in comments and documentation, including 'slience' to 'silence', 'noraml' to 'normal', 'identies' to 'identities', and 'agruments' to 'arguments'. Updated .gitignore, pre-commit config, and pyproject.toml for improved linting and formatting workflows.
Reorders and cleans up pre-commit hooks, removing duplicate isort entry and ruff-format hook. Adds [tool.ruff.format] section to pyproject.toml to specify formatting options for Ruff.
