This release is a major change for the repository. It does the following:

  • Adds the repository's first release
  • Creates a package usempl_npp and moves the usempl_npp_bokeh.py module and the /data/ and/images/ directories into the /usempl_npp/ directory.
  • Updates the links and badges in the README.md
  • Adds a build_and_test.yml GitHub Action for pytest CI on the main file, which includes code coverage reporting using codecov
