This PR adds build and release pipelines for Fedora 44.
In addition, the following minor changes have been made to the SPEC file:
dnf5dependency, as the code only useslibdnf5.libdnf5-pluginsdirectory, which should be managed bylibdnf5.By the way, it is recommended to distribute the plugin via Copr so that users can get packages for the latest branches immediately. I could help maintain the Copr side of things if you don't have the time.
