Adding MACOS x86 binary compatibility. In spirit of your video to use AI to remove AI, I used codex to start a macos version. I made a couple of changes to change the name of the binary for tidiness and clarity as well as the location of the binary for the same reasons. Feel free to decline if you don't want it. Just wanted in on the fun. Thanks for all the videos!

Added arch selection in Makefile.macos: default arm64 target now named retropad_macos_arm64, optional ARCH=x86_64 target (or make -f Makefile.macos x86_64), and clean removes both.
Updated macOS README instructions to reflect the new arm64/x86_64 outputs and manual clang commands

Just tested on my Mac; it's insane how good it is, it's now getting on par with TextEdit.
