Original code for MountainPlot, now re-packaged for submission to CRAN. Includes more comprehensive functions for cluster building, identification and optimization. Allows for more flexible data-handling. Now allows for tree-based clustering algorithms in addition to graph based algorithms

Component Clustering

Functional with .fasta files annotated with years in the header. Currently runs analysis based on component clustering from tn93 pairwise distance output.
