Apple makes M5 Pros Went for the $200 chip upgrade from 15CPU/16GPU to 18/20 - don't have a hugely strong feeling about it, but the spare cores will probably help with longevity (and if we're all getting a bit more AI-y, spare GPU cores doesn't hurt). Kept RAM and disk the same - I scrape by with 36GB of RAM, so 48 seems plenty, and the 1TB disk does seem important.

Sorry - to be nitpicking - we don't need to add the 1TB recommendation on Eng spec. All Macbook Pros come with 1TB as standard now. |
