Fixed pnpm installation failures

Summary

Fixed pnpm installation failures caused by ignored dependency build scripts in newer pnpm versions (v10+).

This PR updates pnpm-workspace.yaml to explicitly allow required dependency build scripts for project compatibility.

## How to Test

1. Pull the branch
2. Run:

   ```bash
   pnpm install
   ```
3. Confirm installation completes successfully
4. Verify no `ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS` error appears
5. Start the development server:

   ```bash
   pnpm dev
   ```
