FOUR-25261: Add a way to extend the Modeler node Type Menu for Start Events

Issue & Reproduction Steps

Expected behavior:
Add a way to extend the change type of a start event in modeler, so I can include custom types like “Email Start Event“ from a custom package.
Actual behavior:
there is not a option to register a new type of the start event

Solution

• Add support to egister custom dropdown items for nodes
