As a User I want to update Email Notifications Template

Solution

What needs to be built? The system must allow updating the DEFAULT_EMAIL_TASK_NOTIFICATION screen using the new UI design.
Additionally, it should support displaying the content for viewing or editing, and rendering a new optional button (non-functional)
