Drivvo fixes
FuelLog delimiter autodetection
Thanks to Tom Bernsdorff report, FuelLog converter is now automatically detecting delimiter used to encode data and switches between commas (default) and semicolon.
There are also fixes for windows compatibility.

This is a small bugfix release for FuelLog converter
- Changed Price to VolumePrice in FuelLog converter so it does store fuel price, not fuel cost

Forms interface!
With the all new forms interface, aCar support is now able to convert all vehicles into many different Fuelio backups! You still need to reupload .abp file manually, as it is not possible to download multiple files at once (and we do not want to store your files on our server for archiving into ZIP), but at least, it is now possible to select which vehicle you want to convert.
