Adds a statically linked x86 32-bit Linux binary (conduit-linux-386) so volunteers can run a Conduit node via iSH on iOS devices. Built with GO386=softfloat to avoid SSE2 emulation overhead in iSH's x86 interpreter. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
