This PR removes the Zcash Protocol Changes from separate specification in ZIP 228 and merges it into the changes in the ZSA ZIPs (mainly ZIP 226).
The idea is to describe the general changes in ZIP 226, and have ZIP 228 be an application of these changes to the Swaps-specific use case.
