This commit updates and improves the AGENTS.md files to better cross-reference information and consolidate knowledge from memory. Key changes include: - Creating directory-specific AGENTS.md files for agent-test, docs, spendee, and tests. - Updating the root AGENTS.md to serve as a central hub with links to the new files. - Adding information about running and debugging the MCP server, secrets management, and development workflow. - Correcting the `git pull` instruction to `git fetch --all` and `git merge origin/main`.
