docs: deploy compressor page with docs workflow

Summary

• Move the DeepSeek V4 compressor animation under docs/ so it is owned by the documentation tree.
• Remove the standalone static Pages workflow and publish the page through the existing docs workflow.
• Update the README link to the docs-hosted page URL.

Test plan

• Built Sphinx docs locally with a temporary venv.
• Verified docs/_build/html/dissecting_dsv4_compressor/index.html is produced after the docs workflow copy step.
