- mediakit - better yt video quality with external audiotrack url - remove doubletap gesture player lag - fullscreen button replaced
this only fixes adding m3u8 videos to playlist, there's still massive buffering when playing some with many audiotracks. no solution see media-kit/media-kit#1372

I'm not sure this is good enough, there is some major hls problems that can be hard to workaround.
Nice thing is that there's a lot of settings and i even can do
volume: 200and probably do video+audio+audio thing.I will test it for some time to decide.
There's also some redesigned elements that can be moved into main branch if i will drop this idea and fork exoplayer for external audiotracks support.
