About The Pull Request
I've seen two people mentioning problems with "Error: Failed to open IDB: UnknownError:" where the standard CLEAR CACHE -> UPDATE BYOND -> CLEAR IE CACHE MAYBE pipeline is useless
This may correct this, and updating storage.js was something I missed
may fix BeeStation/BeeStation-Hornet#4740
