Clean-author replacement for #568.

What changed:

  • Applies the Focus action-verb canon to operations inline decision buttons.
  • Visible copy changes Snooze to Not now and Dismiss to Hide.
  • Backend action keys stay unchanged: snooze and dismiss.

Verification:

  • npm test -- tests/inline-decision-buttons.test.tsx PASS (9 passed)
  • npx tsc --noEmit PASS
  • npm run lint PASS
  • npm run brand:scan PASS (existing warning debt only; 0 errors)
  • Pre-push typecheck, ESLint, and brand scan PASS

No production deploy.

Use the Focus action-verb canon on operation inline decision buttons so Snooze becomes Not now and Dismiss becomes Hide without changing backend action keys.
