I rewrote d3dhook with minhook which was already being used elsewhere, there's some other miscellaneous things such as making caster actually use the d3d hook in wine and made it so I can actually build caster on linux by editing the Makefile but it does build in msys2 on windows too.
Not sure if this is the correct way to do things but it seems to work.
