chore(docs): remove superseded tracking docs (content -> issues)

Documentation cleanup: removes dated/completed tracking docs whose open items are either shipped on HEAD or carried by GitHub issues. One PR for the repo.

ROADMAP_CLIENT_APPS.md	Self-marked SUPERSEDED by the 2026-04-16 hosted-first pivot; Phase 1-3 all DONE. Phase-4 on-device YOLO/TFLite = #95. Remaining Phase-4 (resource consolidation, Istanbul-card training data) are roadmap-level, not actionable today.
docs/MOBILE_TRIAGE_2026-06-03.md	Triage already reconciled (#84); scope-A/-B demo-safe fixes shipped (#82, #83). #5/#7 covered by web-app #199; QR non-2xx swallow = #93. Deferred items (#1/#4) need new backend endpoints (roadmap).
docs/TODO.md	A2 (GDPR/data export), A4 (dark-mode ThemeMode/ThemePreferences), A5 (Authenticator QR scanner OtpQrScannerScreen+OtpauthUri) and the iOS/Desktop HMAC actuals are all shipped on HEAD (grep-verified). A1 NFC is wired (MrzScannerScreen+NfcReadScreen enroll; old MfaFlowScreen placeholder gone). A3 (FCM Allow/Deny actions + fivucsas://nfc-session deep-link) is genuinely open → filed #96. PACE / passive-auth remain operator-gated and are tracked in the KEEP spec docs/NFC_PACE_PLAN.md. Phase B/C/E are roadmap/cost/operator-gated; Phase D Compose UI tests are AVD-in-CI-blocked.

README, CLAUDE, CHANGELOG, SECURITY; docs/MOBILE_TESTING_GUIDE.md, docs/NFC_PACE_PLAN.md (spec), docs/DEPLOYMENT_CHECKLIST.md, docs/PERFORMANCE.md, docs/RELEASE.md, docs/SIGNING.md; and the archive guides kept per brief: CAMERA_INTEGRATION_GUIDE, CAMERA_QUICK_REFERENCE, ANDROID_STUDIO_SETUP, GET_STARTED, HEXAGONAL_ARCHITECTURE, HOW_TO_RUN_AND_TEST, QUICK_REFERENCE, QUICKSTART, UX_DESIGN_GUIDE.

Also fixed now-dangling links to the deleted docs in README.md, CLAUDE.md, docs/MOBILE_TESTING_GUIDE.md, docs/archive/README.md, docs/archive/2026-04-16/CAMERA_QUICK_REFERENCE.md (CHANGELOG left as historical record).

Uncertainties

• A1 NFC is substantially wired but I did not exhaustively trace every step of the MFA NFC_DOCUMENT flow end-to-end; left to the NFC_PACE_PLAN spec + operator validation rather than re-filing.
